Abigail Rogers Barristers & Solicitors is a boutique law firm practicing exclusively in Criminal Law and Traffic Law. We are located on Hay Street within meters of the Perth Magistrates Court and District Court. We aim to assist by providing easy-to-understand advice and expert guidance to steer you through the court process.

Abigail Rogers (Principal)

Abigail Rogers is the firm’s Principal.

Abigail is an experienced Criminal and Traffic lawyer who has extensive experience in the Children’s Court, Magistrates Court, District Court, Supreme Court and Court of Appeal.

Abigail was formerly with Andrew Maughan & Associates for many years practising primarily in Criminal Law and Traffic law. Prior to her time there she finalised her articles with Mr Laurie Levy SC as well as gaining valuable experience within the courts as Associate to His Honour Justice Roberts-Smith JA, Court of Appeal (as he was then). Abigail was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor to the Supreme Court of Western Australia on 2 August 2007. Abigail Rogers Barristers & Solicitors was founded in June 2012.
